We want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. Physical items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Please note that opened software licenses are generally non-refundable due to the nature of digital products.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the hardware in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
